This trip is the same as our driving trip, "like a safari". But we make this one a real safari by parking at the Concord Falls and hiking about 45 minutes (each way) to the even more lovely and secluded Upper Concorde Falls. The hike is along tree-shaded trails in both agricultural land and rainforest. You will see lots of local nutmeg and fruit trees. Bring your swimsuit for a dip in the perfect pool under the falls.
